Our unique specialist Employee Drug and Alcohol Program (or EDAP for short) helps employees who are struggling with drug addiction or alcohol misuse with direct access to free discrete, confidential helpline support 24-hours a day, 365 days a year and counselling treatment sessions.

This service contributes to a workplace culture whether small or corporate that “Its ok to ask for help”, and that “All staff are supported with the help they need” when they need it.

In return for your investment, you’ll see a simply great outcome by reducing lost days due to absence and illness, lower accident and incident rates, increasing productivity as well as boosting team confidence and building on faith in the organisation they work for.

How does the EDAP work?

As a standalone comprehensive employee support program or in addition to any current Employee Assist Programs (EAPs) that you may already have in place. We provide 24 hour specialist drug and alcohol support for all your employees who may be experiencing problems due to Drugs or alcohol misuse at work.

Not only that, we provide support for managers, team leaders, occupational health and HR personnel to help give our expert advice when they are faced with the issues at hand. 

Employees can choose to refer themselves confidentially to the EDAP for advice and guidance, alternatively may also be referred informally or formally by managers or occupational health personnel as part of health and well-being promotion within performance management supervision. 

EDAP can be bespoke to suit the needs, the size and viability of your organisation’s drug and alcohol intervention requirements.
