9-Week Outpatient Programme

Our 9-week dayhab programme is designed for individuals looking for therapy which utilises both one-to-one sessions and group workshop sessions. They are tailored to fit your unique needs and circumstances, offering flexible, comprehensive recovery experiences that adapt to your lifestyle, supporting your journey towards sustainable healing.

The programme is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the nature of your addiction by working through your contributing factors, unhealthy defence mechanisms and any residues of denial that keep you stuck, making your addiction less attractive and recovery more appealing. This understanding is crucial as it allows you to comprehend the full impact your addiction has had on your life, developing new skills and coping strategies to live a life free from addiction.

The group workshops consists of two-hour live, fully interactive online sessions held on Zoom twice a week. These group sessions cover a comprehensive range of topics, which will help you gain a total spectrum of recovery knowledge, skills and support. The workshops are split into two main categories: An evidenced based relapse prevention programme and skills-based workshops using science, psychology and practical solutions to help you overcome the challenges you have been experiencing.

The one-hour weekly one-to-one sessions can be delivered either online or face-to-face at one of our treatment centres in Essex, London, Bristol and Bath. These facilities offer you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with your dedicated addiction counsellor, enhancing the personal connection and support needed during recovery when using our outpatient rehab.

Online Live Interactive Workshops

Join our twice-weekly evening workshops to cover essential recovery topics. Addiction Recovery Toolkit Learn about addiction science, share experiences, and gain coping skills. Relapse Prevention Discover strategies to handle triggers and maintain recovery using CBT and Mindfulness techniques. Gain insights, manage relapse triggers, and transform behaviors in a supportive group setting.

Online One-To-One Counselling

Within the 9-week programme, you are also entitled to one hour per week of online one-to-one counselling. These sessions can be booked at a time that suits you, your family and work commitments. These online sessions are a chance for you to share your experiences and receive intensive one-to-one online counselling.

Compassionate Family Workshops

You’ll be offered a two-hour family workshop for up to five loved ones. These online addiction workshops, led by our family specialists, provide essential support and guidance to repair relationships affected by addiction. Your loved ones will receive compassionate support and skills to help motivate the person in recovery.

Complimentary Online Aftercare

Once you complete your rehab programme, you will receive 12 months of complimentary online aftercare recovery maintenance groups. These groups meet once weekly for 1.5-hour sessions and are essential for aiding your ongoing self-development. They help maintain the changes, skills, and tools you achieved during the programme, and foster further improvement.

Family Workshops

This programme also includes a two-hour family workshop. This session is designed to equip loved ones with the information and knowledge to assist you with your recovery. Within these sessions, they will receive compassionate support and acquire skills to effectively motivate and assist you throughout your recovery journey.

Additional Aftercare

To further support your recovery, we offer complimentary recovery support groups for 52 weeks (1 year) after the completion of the programme. These weekly 1.5-hour group sessions help maintain the strides made during the dayhab programme, providing sustained support post-treatment.

“Hybrid Programmes” are available from Infinity Addiction Solutions to enable patients to engage in an intensive Treatment programme via a combination of in-person face to face therapy with live online workshops and courses in a way that suits and fits around most daytime commitments. This approach is an ideal format for those who have a busy schedule in the working week.

“Hybrid Rehab” As many people are unable to take too much time away from work or daytime commitments to engage in the intensive treatment they need. They may require a “Hybrid Rehab” which can be a combination of an inpatient medical detox, followed with intensive therapy sessions on an outpatient basis. A hybrid rehab can be tailor made so that you have a bespoke plan for recovery that utilises all the aspects of a full inpatient stay but delivered as a combination of both inpatient and outpatient options, that will best suit your needs.

What is Dayhab / Outpatient Rehab?

Outpatient rehab, otherwise known as ‘dayhab’, is a flexible rehabilitation option that helps you access the professional support you need without having to check into a rehab facility on an inpatient basis. Instead, you can get effective, intensive addiction treatment that you can access without having to compromise demands on your daily life such as family commitments, or work.

Dayhab includes a variety of different therapeutic interventions and activities that are designed to promote intensive rehabilitation in a way that works around the individual’s daily life.

With a choice of either face-to-face, or online one-to-one addiction counselling coupled with our live, interactive online skills-based evening group workshops with relapse prevention at its core, this unique dayhab programme provides high levels of support as you work through the challenging process of making changes in your life. To further enhance the likelihood of long term success, the sessions will also help you to understand the root cause of your addiction, something that can unlock the potential for you to become abstinent long-term, and hopefully, for life if that’s your goal.

As our dayhab programme does not involve accommodation, it is a much more cost-effective option than inpatient residential options, allowing you to access the intensive treatment you need at a more accessible price point.
