    7 to 10 Day At-Home Detox Programme

    Our at-home alcohol detox programme helps individuals go through alcohol withdrawal as safely and comfortably as possible, minimising the chance of complications or early relapse.

    Following an addiction assessment performed by an independent doctor, patients receive prescribed medication, ongoing support, and regular check-ins to help manage symptoms and cravings.

    Low Intensity Drug & Alcohol Addiction Counselling

    12-Week One-on-One Programme

    Our 12-week, low-intensity rehab programme helps individuals who are at a lower risk of relapse develop the skills and personal toolkits required for long-term sobriety. It also supports patients who have identified an emerging addiction or need ongoing, post-residential support.

    This programme consists of twelve weekly one-hour face-to-face sessions with the addiction experts at our clinic in Rayleigh, or nationwide through online video call.

    Medium Intensity Drug & Alcohol Addiction Therapy

    9-Week Dayhab Programme

    Our flagship 9-week Dayhab programme bridges the gap between inpatient and outpatient care, offering a greater level of support and a more structured schedule than low-intensity treatment, while still enabling our patients to meet life’s responsibilities.

    Across nine weeks, clients attend one in-person session at our Rayleigh clinic, plus two online therapy sessions each week. This programme is also available fully online.

    Inpatient/Residential Treatment

    While we largely only provide flexible outpatient rehabilitation care, Infinity Addiction Solutions is also part of a broader private network of CQC-accredited residential rehab centres across the U.K.

    When our independent addiction screening assessment reveals that round-the-clock care, intensive medical supervision or intervention, or a heavily structured environment is the best course of treatment, and a financially viable option, we occasionally will refer the patient to other providers within our network.

    We don’t take referrals lightly and only refer a patient for residential treatment when it is necessary. Our goal is always to connect each individual with the treatment that is best suited to their needs, not simply the nearest or most convenient option.
